This role ensures each RV meets dealership cleanliness and presentation standards while contributing to a positive customer experience. The Interior Detail Associate plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and overall dealership presentation. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize RV interiors, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and storage compartments Vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean upholsteries, wipe surfaces, and remove debris Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, cabinets, counters, and fixtures Ensure all interior surfaces are free of dust, stains, odors, and residue Prepare units for customer delivery, showroom display, and post-service pickup Restock basic interior items and ensure units are presentation-ready Verify that interiors meet dealership quality standards before release Report interior damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns to management Inspect units for cleanliness and report any damage or needed repairs Properly use cleaning products, tools, and detailing equipment in accordance with safety guidelines Follow dealership procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning supplies Work collaboratively with the service, sales, and detail teams to meet deadlines Perform additional duties as assigned Qualities we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Previous detailing experience (RV, automotive, marine, or similar) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Regular working hours are 8-5, Monday - Friday with a rotating Saturday requirement.
