The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows proper procedures, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and understands the importance of preparing quality vehicles for sale. Key Responsibilities Undercoating Apply undercoating to approximately to 2-3 vehicles per day according to dealership standards. Properly prepare vehicles for undercoating, including cleaning and masking areas as needed. Follow all product instructions and safety procedures when applying undercoating. Inspect completed work to ensure consistent coverage and a professional finish. Maintain undercoating equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Vehicle Detailing Detail vehicles during downtime between undercoating jobs. Clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming carpets, cleaning upholstery, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows. Wash and clean vehicle exteriors as needed. Prepare vehicles to meet dealership cleanliness and presentation standards. Perform final quality checks to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for the lot or customer delivery. General Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Properly use and care for dealership tools, equipment, and supplies. Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Communicate with management regarding completed vehicles, supply needs, and any issues. Assist with other reconditioning duties as needed. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Ability to manage time effectively and stay productive throughout the workday. Willingness to learn proper undercoating application techniques and detailing procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work, including bending, lifting, and reaching. Previous automotive detailing, undercoating, or reconditioning experience is preferred but not required.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
