Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person for a wash attendant position at WNC Truck Wash. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service while ensuring that the operations of the wash run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where a leaders mindset and commitment to quality are essential. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, assist with guiding trucks into the wash bay and determine which wash they would like. Check out customers when needed. Ensure the wash is efficient and safe. Ensure all trucks are cleaned to the highest standards. Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay and office areas. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Reliably commute to work. Experience No experience necessary. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with car or truck wash operations is a plus.
