In this energetic role, you will be responsible for transforming vehicles into pristine works of art through meticulous cleaning, polishing, and detailing processes. Your expertise will ensure every vehicle leaves our facility looking its absolute best, providing customers with a sparkling, professional finish that exceeds expectations. Duties Perform exterior washing and cleaning of vehicles using appropriate equipment and techniques to achieve a spotless finish Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing to restore shine and remove surface imperfections using automotive buffers and polishing tools Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring a fresh, inviting environment Apply window tinting films with precision to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy (where applicable) Operate manual transmissions safely during vehicle movement within the facility and ensure adherence to safe work practices at all times Use cleaning equipment effectively to maintain the cleanliness of the auto detailing facility and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to equipment or vehicle parts while following safe work practices to prevent injury Skills Proven experience operating standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive buffing and detailing techniques Strong knowledge of vehicle paint correction methods and automotive buffing tools Ability to perform vehicle exterior washing, interior detailing, and window tinting with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients about their vehicle's condition and services performed Familiarity with auto detailing facility operations, janitorial or custodial experience preferred for maintaining a clean workspace Competence in using various cleaning equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical ability for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and manual dexterity required for detailed work This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their automotive detailing skills in a vibrant environment.
