Automotive Detailer Join Our Team and Help Keep Luxury Looking Its Best We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join Crestmont Cadillac. As a member of our team, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is presented in showroom-quality condition. Responsibilities Wash, wax, polish, and detail new Cadillac and all Pre-Owned vehicles Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, and conditioning surfaces Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, showroom display, service appointments, and collision repair Clean windows, wheels, tires, engine compartments, and exterior trim Apply protective coatings and detailing products according to dealership standards Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Cadillac's high-quality presentation standards Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and a clean work environment Safely move vehicles around the dealership lot as needed Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position with consistent hours Paid training and ongoing professional development Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid time off and holiday pay (if applicable) Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Opportunities for career advancement within our dealership If you're ready to build your career with a dealership known for luxury, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Entry-level dealership detailer:

$15-17/hour . This applies if you can wash, dry and clean a vehicle.

Experienced detailer/reconditioning tech:
