About You We are seeking an experienced, dependable Auto Detailer to join our in-house fleet team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and understands what it takes to keep luxury and commercial vehicles looking professional and service-ready. About the Opportunity As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our fleet. Our vehicles are on the road every day serving corporate clients, event groups, airport travelers, weddings, universities, and other high-level accounts, so attention to detail and consistency are extremely important. You will work closely with our fleet and operations teams to ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, stocked, and ready for service. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning of fleet vehicles Vacuum, shampoo, wipe down, sanitize, and maintain vehicle interiors Wash, dry, and detail vehicle exteriors Clean windows, wheels, tires, and other exterior surfaces Maintain luxury sedans, SUVs, limousines, Sprinters, shuttle buses, and motorcoaches Inspect vehicles after cleaning to ensure they meet company standards Restock vehicle amenities and supplies as needed Identify and report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns Keep the detailing area, equipment, and supplies clean and organized Work efficiently to ensure vehicles are ready for scheduled trips Your Qualifications Professional auto detailing experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Able to work in a fast-paced fleet environment Comfortable working with vehicles of all sizes, including buses and Sprinter vans Ability to prioritize multiple vehicles based on dispatch schedules Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Valid driver's license preferred Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with at least two half-shift weekend assignments per month.
