Job Overview At Blue Auto Wash , we believe an awesome car wash experience starts with an awesome team! As a Car Wash Attendant , you'll be the first face our customers see. From greeting a customer at the XPT to moving in the tunnel to load and prep the next vehicle, every part of the job plays a significant role in creating an amazing customer experience. This is an active, hands-on position where you will be expected to stay alert, multitask, and jump in wherever you are needed. Responsibilities Politely greet customers at the Express Pay Terminals (XPTs) and explain wash services, memberships, and other available options. Safely and efficiently load vehicles into the tunnel. Be attentive to customers and vehicle flow throughout the property. Operate standard car wash equipment according to company procedures. Answer incoming phone calls professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable facility. Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned. Keep customer and other areas of the facility clean and well maintained. Multitask and move between the XPTs, tunnel, parking lot and other areas as needed. Work as part of a team to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Skills & Qualifications Customer service and communication skills preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and follow company procedures. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Ability to remain professional and courteous when handling customer concerns. Strong understanding of safe work practices. Willingness to learn and take direction. Physical Requirements Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Abilities to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects when necessary. Ability to remain active and move quickly between work areas. Ability to safely perform all duties associated with operating in and around a car wash facility. Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 45.0 per week
