Car Wash Attendant Position Overview Car Wash Attendants are the face and representatives of Wash Masters. They are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the property. Car Wash Attendants must be able to provide excellent customer service to every guest, including customers who may be upset or frustrated. Team members are expected to remain professional, friendly, patient, and helpful at all times. Associates must have a strong understanding of the Wash Masters wash options and wash process. They should be able to confidently explain our services, answer customer questions, recommend the appropriate wash, and promote unlimited wash plans. Professional Appearance & Dress Code All Car Wash Attendants are expected to maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Wash Masters in a positive manner. No facial piercings. Tattoos must be appropriate for a professional work environment. Hair must be clean and well kept. Beards must be neatly trimmed and well maintained.

Shirts must be tucked in at all times while working. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Car Wash Attendants are responsible for customer service, sales, tunnel operations, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property. Duties include, but are not limited to: Customer Service & Sales Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service to all guests. Maintain a professional attitude when assisting upset or frustrated customers. Understand the Wash Masters wash menu, services, and wash process. Explain wash options and recommend services based on customer needs. Promote wash passes and memberships with a goal of achieving a minimum 20% conversion rate . Assist customers with questions regarding their wash, membership, or services. Accurately maintain and manage the assigned tablet and customer transactions. Tunnel & Property Operations Safely guide customers into the wash tunnel. Monitor vehicles throughout the tunnel and watch for potential issues or safety concerns. Maintain assigned work areas and ensure they remain neat, clean, and organized. Uphold all Wash Masters standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Work between the customer service/cashier area and wash attendant side as needed to support daily operations. Cleaning & Maintenance Clean and maintain the property. Clean the pit and other work areas. Clean, fold, and organize towels. Clean windows, cashier areas, lobby areas, and tunnel equipment. Check vacuums and maintain them as needed. Assist with general property upkeep and cleanliness. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment for customers and employees.

Compensation & Evaluation Starting Pay:

$14.00 per hour

Potential Pay Increase:

Up to $15.00 per hour based on performance and leadership evaluations. Employees will receive ongoing performance evaluations throughout the year.
