In this energetic role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and vehicle care. Duties Oversee daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including detailing and janitorial tasks Assist customers with their car wash needs, answer questions, and resolve any concerns promptly Conduct quality control checks on vehicle detailing, buffing, window tinting, and cleaning services Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment maintenance Support staff training on proper car wash techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards Open, close facility according to set procedures Maintain current and implement new procedures Skills Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Experience in car wash operations, including knowledge of Sonnys equipment and operating system preferred. Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and staff Driving experience required for operational support and vehicle movement within the facility Janitorial or custodial experience beneficial for maintaining a clean environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about delivering top-quality vehicle care.
