In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide information about available services. Perform thorough exterior washes, including hand washing, waxing, and buffing of vehicles. Conduct interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning. Detail vehicles by applying appropriate cleaning products and techniques to achieve optimal results. Assist with any additional services requested by customers, such as window tinting or minor detailing tasks. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment. Drive vehicles safely within the car wash facility as needed. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in car wash operations or detailing is highly desirable. Familiarity with buffing techniques and cleaning products used in vehicle maintenance. Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, showcasing attention to detail in cleaning tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safely operating customer vehicles. Knowledge of window tinting is an advantage but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
