In this energetic position, you will be responsible for transforming vehicles into showroom-ready condition by performing thorough cleaning, polishing, and detailing services. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our customers receive vehicles that look their absolute best, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. Duties Perform exterior washing, vehicle paint correction, and automotive buffing to restore vehicles' shine and appearance Conduct interior detailing including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, dashboard polishing, and window tinting to ensure a spotless cabin environment Operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles safely during the detailing process Use cleaning equipment such as buffers, auto detailing tools, and janitorial supplies to achieve professional results Maintain vehicle exterior cleanliness through washing, waxing, and applying protective coatings Follow safe work practices at all times while handling heavy lifting tasks and operating automotive buffers and other equipment Ensure all vehicles meet dealership standards for cleanliness and presentation before delivery or display Qualifications Prior experience in auto detailing, car wash operations, or auto detailing facility work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of vehicle paint correction techniques and automotive buffing is a plus Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely; familiarity with manual transmission is advantageous Strong understanding of safe work practices when using cleaning equipment and performing heavy lifting tasks Excellent customer service skills to communicate professionally with team members and customers when needed Experience with vehicle interior detailing, window tinting, and custodial or janitorial work is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness Join us in delivering exceptional vehicle presentation that delights our customers!
