- About the Role We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused team member to join us in a dynamic hybrid role.
You will split your time between delivering top-tier detail work on vehicles and serving as the welcoming face of our business at the pay stations. If you thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment, enjoy physical work, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction, this is the job for you! Key Responsibilities Customer Service Advisor (Approx. 50% of time) Greet arriving customers with a warm, friendly attitude at our outdoor pay stations. Explain wash packages, answer questions, and recommend the best options for their vehicle. Promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships. Ensure a smooth, fast, and positive check-in process. Full-Service Car Wash Technician (Approx. 50% of time) Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors: vacuuming, cleaning windows, and dusting dashboards/consoles.
Provide exterior finishing touches:
hand-drying vehicles, cleaning rims, and hand-applying tire shine. Maintain quality standards to ensure every customer leaves completely happy with their clean car.
Qualifications & Requirements Customer First Mindset:

Physical Stamina:
Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Takes pride in doing thorough, high-quality work when prepping and finishing vehicles.
