Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision. Support the kitchen team by bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service. Maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy meal periods and special events. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Basic understanding of culinary processes such as food prep or cooking is beneficial but not mandatory.
