This role is essential to our kitchen's operations, ensuring that we maintain a clean and organized environment while supporting our culinary team.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and prepping sauces as directed by the kitchen staff.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Help with inventory and restocking of supplies as needed.
