The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while helping keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and properly. Keep the dishwashing area, floors, sinks, and surrounding kitchen areas clean and organized. Remove trash and maintain clean waste-disposal areas. Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning. Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies in their designated areas. Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout each shift. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and cleanliness. Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Must have a AZ DPS Fingerprint card or ability to get one. Must have Food Handlers Card Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry kitchen supplies. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work well as part of a team. Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures. Schedule Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 30-50 pounds. Comfortable working in a hot, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environment.
