Positive Overview We are hiring for both part-time and full-time Dishwasher positions. As a key member of our dining team, you'll keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized dish and equipment station. Your work directly supports the comfort and wellbeing of our residents every single day. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety standards Keep the dish station organized and fully stocked throughout each shift Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, and trash removal Support the kitchen team during high-volume meal service periods Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and reliable attendance — you show up and you work hard Ability to stay on your feet and work at a fast pace throughout your shift Team player attitude with a positive, can-do approach Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person Ability to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed What We Offer Generous PTO plan because rest matters Health & vision insurance (full-time employees) A supportive, close-knit team and a truly great place to work The satisfaction of making a real difference in residents' lives every day
