Full Job Description Position:

dishwashing/cleanup/food prep schedule: night shift only We're looking for kitchen team members to assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and assist with other food prep. You'll get opportunities to gain skills and experience that will help you continue to grow on your career path. Prior work-related experience preferred, but not required as training will be provided. Must be quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Dishwashing includes, but not limited to:
• Washing dishes, equipment, and other fixtures
• Cleaning out the grease trap sewer system weekly
• Cleaning hood and filtration system as needed
• Cleaning supply room weekly
• nightly cleanup
• Food prep includes, but not limited to:
• Peeling/deveining/butterflying shrimp
• preparing/washing/cooking white rice
• cooking base fried rice
• trimming, deboning, cutting Various meats
• preparing/boiling noodles This is a very demanding position and must be a quick learner, able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working in restaurants preferred.
