Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow of seating during busy hours Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to support meal service Support catering and banquet events by ensuring serving areas are clean and ready for use Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and trash removal Handle food handling responsibilities with care, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of hospitality Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
