In this role, you will maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for cleanliness, teamwork, attention to detail in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, restrooms, including washing dishes, mopping, and cooking equipment. Assist with Chef's direction in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, and assembling ingredients. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Cleaning Bathroom daily, garbage, recycling, cleaning hoods, fryers and other duties by Chef. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, holidays. We look forward to meeting you!
