We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cook/Dishwasher. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our standards of excellence.

• Responsibilities
• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the chef
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized
• Support kitchen staff with bussing tables and other tasks as needed
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
• Willingness to learn and take on various tasks to support kitchen operations
• applicants must be able work weekends, start time is approximatelly 8 am until 2:30 pm
