Must have reliable transportation, be available day shifts, night shifts and weekends. operate dish machine and keep up with volume of business. utilize three bay sing for cleaning and sanitizing all pots and pans, keep kitchen and foh free of garbage, make frequent garbage runs to the dumpster, keep kitchen clean and organized, assist with end of shift / end of night side work.
