Job Description

Kitchen Stewards maintain sanitation throughout the restaurant and bakery while ensuring all equipment, dishes, and utensils are cleaned and available.

Responsibilities:

Operate dish machine. Wash pots and pans. Remove trash. Sweep and mop. Clean equipment. Organize storage areas. Polish plateware and glassware. Assist kitchen as needed.
