Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients. Support the bussing team by clearing tables and removing trash to maintain a tidy dining area. Follow strict sanitation protocols to uphold kitchen health and safety standards at all times. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of dish racks or bulk supplies while maintaining proper ergonomic techniques. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours. Skills Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers and basic utensils.
