Key Responsibilities Cleaning & Sanitation:

Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and pots using an industrial dishwasher (by hand when needed).

Station Maintenance:

Ensure the dish pit is organized, clean, and free of clutter.

Waste Management:

Empty, clean, and reline kitchen trash receptacles. Break down boxes and remove debris.

Kitchen Assistance:

Assist cooks with basic stocking needs during busy periods. Keep them stocked with clean dishes.

Stocking & Storing:

Properly store clean dishware and restock serving stations, cupboards, kitchen area.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health and safety codes.

Required Skills & Qualifications Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, and lift/carry items weighing up to \(50\) lbs.

Time Management:

The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and noisy environment.

Teamwork:
