Job Description

Kitchen Porter - BBQLand Shrewsbury We're hiring a kitchen porter to keep our back of house running clean and organized. You'll handle dishwashing, basic prep support, and general kitchen cleanliness. What you'll do: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment throughout service Keep the dish pit clean and organized Take out trash, break down boxes, and maintain back-of-house cleanliness Assist with basic prep tasks as needed (washing produce, peeling vegetables) Sweep and mop kitchen floors at end of shift Restock clean dishes and utensils to line stations during service What we're looking for: No experience required—we'll train the right person Able to stay on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 50 pounds Works fast and stays organized under pressure Reliable, on time, and willing to do the unglamorous work well Comfortable working evenings and weekends Full-time and part-time available.
