Help in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or specials. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies. Skills Strong culinary skills with experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills for food preparation tasks. Experience in catering or large-scale meal production is a plus. Strong teamwork abilities with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
