Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu plans. Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards. Help in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or specials. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies. Skills Strong culinary skills with experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills for food preparation tasks. Experience in catering or large-scale meal production is a plus. Strong teamwork abilities with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
