Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items. Assist with cold food preparation when needed, supporting the kitchen team in preparing ingredients or assembling cold dishes. Organize and manage dishware to optimize workflow and prevent clutter. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards. Support team members by providing assistance during busy service hours. Contribute to a fun, energetic atmosphere by being a positive team player. Requirements Extensive experience in dishwashing or related roles, with up to 30 years of relevant work history preferred. Ability to perform cold prep food tasks is a plus. A good worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills; able to connect well with team members and guests. Fun, energetic attitude that contributes positively to the workplace environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Reliable and punctual with good physical stamina for standing for extended periods. Pay:
