Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently Maintain a clean, organized dish pit and ensure a steady supply of clean items throughout service Properly store and stack clean dishware and equipment Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and drains Follow all health department and food safety guidelines for sanitation Communicate with kitchen staff to anticipate needs during high-volume service Support the kitchen team in maintaining a fast-paced, organized workflow Work collaboratively as part of a team during high-volume, fast-paced shifts Qualifications Previous dish or kitchen experience preferred, not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working around heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
