Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, hard‑working Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping our restaurant running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas remain clean, sanitized, and organized. Reliability is an absolute must.

Dishwasher Duties:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dish machines and hand‑washing as needed Maintain a clean, organized dish area, including sinks, floors, and trash stations Keep dish racks, storage shelves, and equipment neat and ready for service Operate dishwashing machines and follow safety procedures Dispose of trash and clean garbage cans regularly Assist with restocking clean items in appropriate areas Assist cooks with basic prep tasks when needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Take out trash and recycling during and after shifts Support the kitchen team during busy service periods ✅ Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed No experience required — we're happy to train the right person, however restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Work Environment Fast-paced restaurant or dining establishment Team-oriented and customer-focused May involve exposure to hot, wet, and noisy conditions
