Behind every great plate that leaves our kitchen is a dedicated support team. We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility team member to help keep our high-volume operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Keep the
Kitchen Moving:
Operate and maintain our commercial dish machine, ensuring a continuous supply of clean, sanitized glassware, plates, cookware, and utensils for the line and prep teams.
Maintain Station Cleanliness:
Keep the dish area organized, safe, and spotless throughout the shift. Assist with general kitchen sanitation, trash removal, and closing side work. Support the
Culinary Team:
Step in to help with basic food prep tasks, restocking, or keeping kitchen storage areas clean as needed. Work as a
Team:
Communicate effectively with line cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What We're Looking For Reliability:
You show up on time, ready to work, and take ownership of your space. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential in this role.
Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a warm kitchen environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Positive Attitude:
A team player who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and chipping in wherever is needed.
Experience:
