Duties include but are not limited to:

Places dishes in the dishwasher and runs through cycles, assuring proper washing and rinsing temperatures and recording those temperatures in a log. Washes pots & pans and other applicable food containers manually and dries them thoroughly Cleans hood, filters, fans, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, tray stands, and other equipment as directed Performs general cleaning schedules as assignedRemoves garbage from kitchen/dining areas and cleans holders and receptacles. Cleans, mops, and sanitizes all kitchen floor areas. Assists with incoming supplies, placing food and other items in appropriate storage areasAssists in the delivery and retrieving of tray and other food carts from all dining room areas
