Prep / Dishwasher for Our Italian Foods Team! Looking to join a hardworking, tight-knit team this summer? We're hiring a Prep / Dishwasher to help behind the scenes in our kitchen! If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly—we want to meet you. We're more than just mozzarella (though we do make some pretty amazing mozz!). Our team crafts a variety of delicious Italian products, including fresh sauces, handmade pastas, and more. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a busy, food-focused environment—and to be part of a team that brings the flavor to farmers markets all over Monmouth and Ocean County.

What You'll Do:

Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment used during food prep and from the farmers markets Assist with prepping ingredients for mozzarella, sauces, and pasta Restock market trucks as they return from events (inventory, equipment, supplies) Keep kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the day Take out trash, clean floors, and help maintain food safety standards Jump in with other tasks to support the team as needed

Requirements:

Closed-toe shoes and pants required for safety Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable transportation to/from our store Availability on weekdays and/or weekends (flexible schedule is a plus!) Some kitchen experience needed—we'll train the right person!
