Duties Perform cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Provide support in food service operations, including serving meals and beverages to guests with attention to detail and hospitality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and assist with food handling as needed. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Support catering events by preparing food items, setting up service areas, and assisting with breakdown after events. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the food industry. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Experience in food handling practices and kitchen operations is highly desirable. A background in catering or hotel environments is a plus. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
