Overview We're on the lookout for a motivated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our vibrant food service environment. This role is all about supporting the kitchen operations by keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly. Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and availability. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following proper cleaning procedures regularly. Help with food handling duties in accordance with safety regulations to ensure quality and hygiene. Support the kitchen team during busy periods by bussing tables or assisting with basic food service tasks. Follow all health and safety guidelines to promote a safe workspace for everyone involved. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling, cleaning practices, and basic kitchen operations is preferred. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests alike. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant or hotel experience is beneficial but eager learners are welcome!
