Cook, Dishwasher & Dining Staff

- $17•19/hr Job Summary Join the campus dining team at Binghamton University in Vestal, NY.
We're hiring Cooks, Dishwashers and Dining Room Attendants to help run fast-paced campus dining and catering.
You pick your own shifts:
days, evenings or late nights, 7 days a week. Pay is $17
- 19/hr, paid weekly (W-2). No experience is needed for dish and dining roles. Open Positions & Schedules Cook
- $18•19/hr Late night: 6:00pm-1:30am, Sun-Thu, through 11/23 ($19/hr)
Day:
8:00am-4:00pm or 1:30pm-9:30pm, through 10/4 ($18/hr) Dishwasher / Pot Washer
- $17/hr 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm, daily through 10/4 Food Service Worker / Dining Room Attendant
- $17/hr 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm, daily through 10/4 Catering Attendant
- $17/hr Sun 10/4, 8:00am-4:30pm Duties Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and food safety standards (Cook) Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers and grills safely Wash dishes, pots, utensils and cookware, and keep kitchen surfaces clean and sanitized (Dishwasher) Keep the dining room clean, stocked and guest-ready (Dining Room Attendant) Set up, serve and break down catering events (Catering Attendant) Support high-volume service while maintaining quality and cleanliness
Experience Cook:
previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred Dish, dining and catering: no experience needed, just reliability and a good attitude Food safety knowledge is a plus Must be comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced environment What to Wear Black collared shirt, black pants, black non-slip shoes and a black cap. No shorts, sweatpants, leggings or open-toed shoes.
