Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, allowing our chefs to focus on food preparation and service. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas. Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the culinary team.
