Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role is essential in supporting food service operations and ensuring a smooth workflow in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Prior experience in food handling, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality and cleanliness. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning procedures. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all items are sanitized and organized for use. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed to support overall restaurant operations. Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and assisting in catering or banquet setups when required. Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards in accordance with food service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain an efficient workflow during service hours. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a hygienic environment. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, cooking, and food handling is a plus. Experience working in banquet settings or culinary roles can be advantageous. Prior kitchen or hospitality experience involving cleaning, serving, or culinary tasks is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Pay:
