Duties Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently. Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, pans, and dishware safely according to kitchen health and safety standards. Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning dishwashing stations and surrounding areas. Assist in food handling activities while adhering to food safety management protocols. Ability to operate various kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and cleaning tools safely. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items comfortably.
