POSITION SUMMARY

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Camp Fitch, a large resident camp on the shores of Lake Erie, is in need of dishwashers after dinner for groups ranging from 30 - 300 campers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Assist Food Service Manager in the cleaning and storing of dishes. 2. Assist Food Service Manager in the cleaning of the dishwasher and food service areas. 3. Model relationship-building skills (including Listen First) in all interactions. Responds to all participants and community inquiries and complaints in timely manner. 4. Participates in staff meetings and/or related meetings. 5. Models Camp Fitch's core values: Growth Mindset, Empathy, Servant Leadership, and Vulnerability.
