Job Description

Fry Cook / Dishwasher We're looking for somebody to join our kitchen crew as a fry cook/dishwasher. Our kitchen is busy, fun, and definitely not pretentious. We work hard, joke around, help each other out, and make some really good food. You don't need to be a fancy chef or know how to "braise and poach" anything. If you can show up on time, work hard, stay busy, and not disappear when the dishes pile up, we can teach you the rest. Paid training is provided. What You'll Be Doing Cooking food in the fryer and helping with other basic kitchen prep Making sure the food comes out hot, fresh, and looking good Following our recipes and portion sizes (dont worry, they're not complicated) Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils Keeping your station and the kitchen clean Restocking ingredients and supplies when things get low Using fryers, grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely Helping the rest of the crew when we get slammed Following basic food safety and sanitation rules Probably doing a little bit of everything—thats just how kitchens work What We're Looking For Somebody dependable who actually shows up for their shifts Able to keep moving when it gets busy Willing to cook, wash dishes, clean, and help wherever needed Works well with other people and doesnt bring a bunch of drama Kitchen experience is great, but not required Able to listen, learn, and take a little constructive criticism A good attitude and a decent sense of humor helps This is a good job for somebody who wants to learn more about cooking, get some kitchen experience, or just be part of a fun crew. It gets busy and sometimes a little crazy, but we work together and have a good time doing it.
