The Grumpy Monk North Myrtle Beach is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual for the position of Dishwasher. Dishwashers will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen. Compensation for this position includes an hourly rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer, report and follow kitchen manager or culinary manager's instructions and training guidelines. Optimize the dishwashing process with an organized system for handling high-volume. Manage the use of proper dish chemicals in accordance with sanitation standards. Stock cleaning supplies. Maintain proper temperatures and PH levels in Dish and Triple Sink Area. Understand the use for all equipment and proper procedures to follow when equipment is not functioning properly. Manage end-of-day/shift clean up for workspace with exceptional attention to detail. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
