Tuesday-Saturday Part time. 5pm -10 pm or Closing Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency within the kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, ensuring that all dishes are cleaned promptly and the dining area is well-prepared for guests. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Clean Floors sweep and mop. Wash all dishes and pots. Take out all Trash at the end of the night. Clear tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring that dining areas are clean and ready for the next guests. Restock supplies in the kitchen and dining area, including plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during service times. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is an asset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with colleagues. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting and bending. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas.
