SUMMARY:

Assist wait staff with clearing tables; maintain cleanliness and keep Dining Room supplied with clean utensils, china, glassware, water, condiments, and ice. Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages in Dining Room.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• A Present yourself professionally, keep uniform clean and tucked in
• Set up dining areas
• Keep linen organized
• Responsible for checking daily all salt/pepper shakers and condiment dishes for cleanliness and properly filled, making sure shaker caps are on tight and each table is adequately supplied
• Ensures that water glasses are kept full
• Assist wait staff in their tasks, such as carrying orders from the kitchen to tables
• Clear plates when the entire table has finished without pressuring guests to finish quickly
• Carry bus pans to the area as needed and take to the dishwasher when full
• Remove soiled linen and replace with clean linen
• Set tables with silverware, glassware, and other items
• Check tables and chairs
• Wipe down chairs after each seating
• Maintain wait station
• Keep wait station clean including floor, sink, and trash can
• Clean chairs before and after meals
• Keep ice bins full
• Help with daily clean up
• Wrap napkins daily
