Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients to support chefs and kitchen staff in delivering timely meals. Support catering events and banquet setups by preparing food items, organizing supplies, and ensuring smooth service flow. Handle food handling responsibilities with care, following safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness. Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing work surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Assist with bussing tables during service hours to maintain a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members across food service operations to uphold high standards of hospitality and efficiency. Requirements Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred; familiarity with food service or catering environments is a plus. Experience in food preparation, cleaning, or kitchen operations enhances your ability to excel in this role. Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards is highly desirable. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy service times.
