Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are ready for service. Maintain a clean and organized work area by following proper sanitation procedures and cleaning protocols. Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes during busy service times to ensure a smooth flow in the dining area. Handle food safely by following proper food handling guidelines and hygiene practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared ingredients and support overall food service operations. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning procedures in a commercial kitchen environment is advantageous.
