Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently! In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our food service operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely preparation of ingredients. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and culinary support will contribute directly to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Whether working behind the scenes or assisting with food prep, you'll play a key part in maintaining a vibrant, welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items for service. Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are ready for service. Maintain a clean and organized work area by following proper sanitation procedures and cleaning protocols. Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes during busy service times to ensure a smooth flow in the dining area. Handle food safely by following proper food handling guidelines and hygiene practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared ingredients and support overall food service operations. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning procedures in a commercial kitchen environment is advantageous. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques or culinary experience can enhance your contribution. Prior hospitality or hotel experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to grow in the culinary field.
