We are looking for somebody who owns the organization of this kitchen. Keep the dish pit and the kitchen immaculate, not just passable Put the truck away when it comes in, and put it away right so people can find things Bus tables and help reset the floor when it gets busy Run food deliveries when we need them, and yes, you keep the tips Help with prep when things slow down, soups, pizzas, general prep. If you want to learn to cook, this is how people here start If you are the kind of person who cannot stand a messy room, you will probably like it here. Where we are headed We are building this place up. We have got the river right here and a patio most towns would kill for. Berlin is coming back and we want Grizzys to be one of the reasons why. None of that works without a kitchen that is organized and under control. And as the business grows, the people who helped build it should be the ones who benefit. That is the deal we want to make with you. Who this is for You take pride in a clean space. You do not need somebody standing over you telling you what is next. You get along with the crew and you jump in when they are buried. You show up when you say you will. No experience needed. We will teach you everything. What we cannot teach is caring, so bring that part. Pay $10 to $16 per hour, plus tips on any deliveries you run. Full time or part time.
