Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Washing, sanitizing and putting away dishes Washing and sanitizing equipment, surfaces, shelves, drawers and tables Scrubbing racks and mats, sweeping and mopping floors Emptying and cleaning garbage cans and recycling bins Assisting with light ingredient / raw material prep, as time permits
