Overview This is a three day per week position. Wednesday through Friday from 7am-1pm or 4pm. No weekends! Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs during service Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen surfaces through regular cleaning routines Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup and cleanup Buss tables by clearing dishes, resetting tables swiftly, and ensuring a clean dining environment for guests Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
