Duties Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently, ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, sinks, and storage areas in compliance with sanitation protocols Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and organizing dishware for washing Follow proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy pots, trays, or boxes to prevent injury Adhere to all food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a hygienic environment Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly while respecting health and safety standards Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation procedures is advantageous Experience with dishwashing or kitchen sanitation tasks demonstrates reliability and attention to detail Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards ensures compliance with regulatory requirements Join us as a Dishwasher to be an integral part of our vibrant team!
